Getting to know you

Hey all. I thought it would be great to get to know everyone a little bit better. Here's my info! Sorry, I did "borrow" this idea from Syl's friends AKJ and MM. They said to use it if we want though....


1. WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE?
Not that I'm aware of!

2. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED?
When I was scrubbing that paint out of our new carpet

3. DO YOU LIKE YOUR HANDWRITING?
Not really. I actually don't know too many people that do....

4. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE LUNCH MEAT?
Ham.

5. DO YOU HAVE KIDS?
Yes. Two of them. My son (who's 10) I refer to as TBO and my daughter (7)is aka Peanut.

6. IF YOU WERE ANOTHER PERSON, WOULD YOU BE FRIENDS WITH YOU?
Probably, but sometimes long stretches of time would go by because I'm not good at remembering to call/email/write. I am pretty good at checking my blog though!

7. DO YOU USE SARCASM A LOT?
Yes, sometimes a bit much.

8. DO YOU STILL HAVE YOUR TONSILS ?
Yes.

9. WOULD YOU BUNGEE JUMP?
I don't think so, I'm a bit of a fraidy cat.

10. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CEREAL?
Oatmeal, Cream of Wheat, Cheerios, Rice Krispies, and whatever the kids are eating. Usually WAY too much sugar in those choices though!

11. DO YOU UNTIE YOUR SHOES BEFORE YOU TAKE THEM OFF?
No. I admit it, I'm lazy

12. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE STRONG?
I am physically fairly strong. I'm still working on the mental side of strength!

13. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ICE CREAM?
Several. Chocolate, cookies and cream, mint chocolate chip and anything with candy pieces.

14. WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU NOTICE ABOUT PEOPLE?
Their eyes. Do they sparkle or "smile" even though the face doesn't? What color are they?....

15. RED OR PINK?
It depends. What mood am I in?

16. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOURSELF?
I don't know. I can't think of any!

17. WHAT COLOR PANTS AND SHOES ARE YOU WEARING?
Neither. I'm in a long t-shirt, robe, and slipper socks ready for bed.

18. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU ATE?
Cadbury's cream egg. MMM. Not helping me loose any weight though....

19. WHAT ARE YOU LISTENING TO RIGHT NOW?
The news.

Black? I've been in a funky mood today.

Roses, lilac, lavender, (um, okay pretty much ANY flower can be inserted here)popcorn, chocolate, rain, fresh spring air, clean laundry fresh off the clothes line, babies, fresh baked bread

24. DO YOU LIKE THE PERSON WHO SENT THIS?
I don't know her too well, but she seems nice.

HGTV dream house give away. I was waiting for them to show up on my door step!

Peace and quiet, a thunderstorm, trickling water, crashing waves, tinkling wind chimes, birds calling, children playing and laughing

Beatles.

34. WHAT IS THE FARTHEST YOU HAVE BEEN FROM HOME?
Florida, but I was in 2nd grade

35. DO YOU HAVE A SPECIAL TALENT?
Nothing really all that special about me.
