If I had the money I'd just accept it here and now. Thanks for the help so far, but I still need a few more prayers though. I am now going to pray that the bank works with us and lets us still walk not having to pay back the $25,000 that we'll owe to get out of this mess. As far as I'm concerned it's a good offer considering recent sales, all the competition and all of the foreclosures around there right now.

Wonderful news and proves the power of pray AND hard work! Wasn't that the first viewing after you did a complete number on the house? I saw from your other posts how much you did to make it appeal to broadest range of buyers (and it's a great house!). I can imagine the relief you and DH will feel when this is all over and you can concentrate on other things. Way too much stress! More prayers coming your way! Keep us posted!
OH my goodness!!!! I can't believe it!! Wonderful news!! I think under the current circumstances with people defaulting on their loans that the bank will let you off. They did my brother!! So it does happen. Let me know asap. I been gone all day. Missed ya! I'm still praying for ya.

Thanks! Yes, it is our one and only showing. I'm sure hopeful that the bank will cooperate. I'm so happy I could burst. I guess I won't be able to talk to anyone at the bank til Monday-AND I have a job already lined up for all day Monday. The only one I have so far for the week. URGH. I'll be here about 3:30 Monday letting you know what I found out. I'll pray for you FGG. Things look like they may be starting to work out FINALLY for both of us. ((((HUGS!!!)))) YAY! Can you see me jumping up and down????
Darn cell phone! But you're right, you can't do anything till tomorrow. Like I told you, they did a deal for my brother. He was let out of the mortgage on his house and everyone wins. If they got to foreclose--it will cost them more than what you owe to get another buyer. I think your bank will work a deal.
No word from our buyers today but internet traffic is still good. Our local hospital doesn't move their staff till May. So most big sales around here are made in April and May. I'm just getting ready to say another prayer for you.
