Finally talked to someone at ONE of the two banks!
I don't really feel like I'm going anywhere though. At least I know that the faxed package has been received. Now I just need to talk to someone at my other bank. What a hassle. I hope that this whole ordeal is over SOON!

Well they didn't say no yet...right..so let's have hope. I have a showing tomorrow morning at `10. I don't get excited anymore. I'm still using Method products to clean with and making it smell good. But I'm just not motivated to do much more. It's such a pain to be on the market for so long. I fear we are both going to lose a good amount of money. But the Lord will bless us by keeping our family healthy and strong. I would rather have that than money any day.
I know what you mean. I'm relieved that I don't have to deal with that aspect of selling. I sure hope I hear something soon though! I mean it's going on two weeks this Saturday already. At least you won't loose as much money on this deal as I am. I'm just hoping that they'll forgive the excess debt so I can just walk away. Otherwise I'll have not only lost my downpayment, but all of that money I invested in the house too!
