Mom got a sheriff's sale notice.

HUH? I though that the OWNERS were supposed to get those??? Apparently it's going to go on the block on June 16, so if there isn't some miracle that occurs before that I'm not sure what will happen. We lowered the price, but still no lookers. We've only had 2 look in the 2 weeks since the price drop. Everyone is buying foreclosures and not even bothering to look at houses like ours.

I'm SO totally stressed out right now I can barely breathe. Where's a paper bag?

Thank you for stopping by. Please leave me a message and a backlink. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Breathe. In and out. In and out. You can do it. and we'll all pray for something good to happen. I'm sorry to hear your news.

Ok, so it's going to happen---the main thing is...it doesn't change who you are. We made a family decision once and it cost us money to do it but it has paid off in the long run. You made your decision to move for family reasons too. You put your family first and I believe good things happen to those who believe. We had to wait years to see it happen--but we do see now.

Cinj--it's just something you can't control anymore. You did your best now go with the flow and live knowing you went down with your boots on. You are a hero to your kids. You are a hero to us! You are a hero to anyone trying to do right in the world.

Bad things happen to good people. The house still could sale but if not and the sheriff's sale still goes through---then you know it happened with you doing all you could and your family is where you should be.

You'll work yourself out of this and much brighter days are ahead. Knowing your story----I feel for you and I think you are all brave to start over and give your son a fresh start. He looks happy and there is no amount of money that pays for that.

Love ya cinj!!

Kathleen- Thanks. I sure hope something happens.

Anna- Thank you SO much! I appreciate kind your words, they helped me feel a bit better about things. I started to cry though, but that's nothing new! I know that they're true, but I have a hard time believing it right now. Does that sound weird? I wouldn't really say I'm a hero, but it sure helps me to feel good about myself having someone tell me that I am one....

Things are terrible for a lot of people right now, you have worked so hard getting the house ready, making it perfect, doing everything you can. I'm sending you a big hug! It's hard to know exactly what to say but know you are in my prayers!
